Shipping Policy

At Minicraft LLC, we provide clear shipping options tailored to different U.S. regions. This policy reflects our current operational setup.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States, covering 62 U.S. states and territories, divided as follows:

Free Shipping Zone: 49 states/territories

Paid Shipping Zone: 13 states/territories (USPS rates apply)
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple delivery options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also track your order via your account or the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS,depending on your location and selected shipping method.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Minicraft LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse delivery due to unpaid customs, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Note: Currently we do not ship internationally, so customs charges generally do not apply.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Carrier issues

Incorrect/incomplete addresses

Customs clearance (international orders)

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Notify us so we can help initiate an investigation.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery but will assist with filing claims.
9. Change of Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processed.
10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
